How much will it cost to ship my order?
Nothing! As our thank you to you for choosing Fether, It’s on us. We offer 100% free shipping Australia wide.
What shipping method is used?
Fether uses various courier companies to ensure we always have a courier available to collect your order.
Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional charges or duties or taxes upon reaching customs.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
Unfortunately not, to ensure that you get your product safely, we can only ship to residential addresses.
How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 working day. Delivery will generally take 3 to 5 working days, depending on location.
Please Note: The impact of COVID 19 has affected shipping within Australia from 2020 onwards. Fether is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or third party Couriers, especially during high volume seasons.
I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
Please try the following if you are unable to place an order:
- Try the payment process again to see if it goes through.
- Place an order using a computer instead of a smartphone/tablet.
- Try Google Chrome as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.
- If your payment is still not successful, please use the contact page and provide us with a screen shot, so we assist in resolving the issue.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days. Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box. Postage costs for the return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. The tracking provided will be linked to the carrier website.
Will I have to pay any customs or duty fees on my order?
Please be aware that orders made outside Australia, the EU or the USA may be subject to additional import tax or duties once the order reaches its designated country. As Fether has no control over these charges, you must cover the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Fether accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express PayPal and Afterpay. As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
Will my credit card information be stored?
For your security and peace of mind, Fether does not store any credit card details. Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.

We'll get back to you with the next steps on starting the refund process.

We only ask one thing from you, do your best to try the products for at least 2 weeks before making a decision.
